Screen names may not be vulgar, used by someone else, or impersonate someone else. GR8CHATS in its sole discretion may reject the use or assignment of a screen name. All GR8CHATS screen names affiliated with your Account are the property of GR8CHATS and, at GR8CHATS sole discretion, expire upon the cancellation or termination of your Account.. If you open a sub-account for a child under 13, you certify that you are the child’s parent or guardian and you agree to GR8CHATS policies and practices in areas on the GR8CHATS Online Service created for children’s screen names and ot her areas of GR8CHATS Services created for children.

Hate speech is unacceptable, and GR8CHATS reserves the right to take appropriate action against any account using the service to post, transmit, promote, distribute, or facilitate the distribution of content intended to victimize, harass, degrade, or intimidate an individual or group on the basis of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation.
